3. Your Account

MEDIT8TE is a space for meditation and spiritual connection. You agree not to:

  • Use the platform for harassment, hate speech, or discrimination of any kind.
  • Share obscene, violent, or sexually explicit content.
  • Impersonate other users or misrepresent your identity.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or platform systems.
  • Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to access the platform.
  • Disrupt or interfere with the operation of the platform or its sessions.
  • Proselytize aggressively or disrespect others' faith traditions.

5. Content

You retain ownership of content you create on MEDIT8TE (posts, messages, gratitude entries). By posting content, you grant MEDIT8TE a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display it within the platform. We may remove content that violates these terms without notice.

6. Meditation Sessions

  • Session hosts are responsible for maintaining a respectful environment.
  • Audio sessions are streamed in real-time and are not recorded by MEDIT8TE.
  • MEDIT8TE reserves the right to end sessions that violate these terms.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these terms, without prior notice. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.

8. Disclaimers

MEDIT8TE is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, and we are not responsible for the content or behavior of individual users. MEDIT8TE is not a substitute for professional counseling, therapy, or medical advice.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, InterGlobal and MEDIT8TE shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of MEDIT8TE after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
